摘要：El presente trabajo de investigación podría aportar mecanismos institucionales de información y estrategias, que permitan replantearse la manera de solucionar los problemas presentes en el Estado Mérida en materia habitacional. En este caso en particular la utilidad que podría la tener la Unidad de Atención al ciudadano de la Gobernación del Estado Mérida, como herramienta de información para el diseño de Políticas Públicas.
其他摘要：The following research could contribute with mechanisms, information and strategies, which could allow changing the way to solve the remaining issues of housing policies in the State of Mérida. In this particular case the value of the research it’s to highlight the importance of the Unit of Public attention of the governor’s office as a tool to design housing policies in the State of Mérida.
