摘要：El artículo justifica la importancia y necesidad de la formación en género para el alumnado de los centros de educación superior. Comienza con un repaso al entramado legislativo y cómo éste no ha tenido una incidencia directa en las aulas ni en la docencia, docencia y formación que sigue, en gran medida, estando a merced del profesorado voluntario y de alumnado con una cierta sensibilidad al respecto. El trabajo también hace un recorrido por lo que significa y las implicaciones que tiene la perspectiva de género en el alumnado: adquisición de una nueva conciencia de la realidad y de nuevos marcos de interpretación, para pasar al cuestionamiento que tiene la juventud sobre el movimiento feminista, quien ha sustentado los conceptos de género como elemento no solo descriptivo de las relaciones sociales sino también subversivo del orden social. Por último, se presenta una experiencia realizada en un grado de Pedagogía mediante el análisis de los diarios reflexivos del alumnado y los avances que se observan en sus percepciones, actitudes y conductas.
其他摘要：This article aims to justify the importance and the need of formation on gender issues and training of gender perspective for students of Education degrees. It reviews the Spanish legislative framework stating that, so far, it has not had a direct impact on the application of gender mainstreaming in university tuition. The implication of teachers and students on the introduction of the gender perspective in their lessons continues depending on their goodwill and sensitivity towards the gender issues. We also develop what the acquisition of a gender perspective may mean and imply for students: knowledge of new frameworks from which to interpret reality, verification of young people's idea about the feminist movement (who has supported gender concepts not only as descriptors of the social relationships but as key elements for the subversions of the social order). Finally, the article presents an experience of gender perspective carried out with Pedagogy students. We have based our methodology on students keeping a "reflective journal" from which we could extract the changes and observe their perceptions, attitudes and behaviours.
