摘要：Durante las últimas décadas en casi toda América Latina ha surgido un nuevo actor social: las organizaciones de clasificadores urbanos de residuos. El presente artículo analiza ese fenómeno reciente tomándolo como un hecho social que condensa dos profundas transformaciones estructurales que han signado al continente latinoamericano a lo largo del último medio siglo: por un lado, las acontecidas en el mundo del trabajo y que refieren tanto a los cambios del mercado de trabajo como a aquellos ocurridos en la forma en que se piensa lo que es el trabajo “digno” y, por el otro, en la forma en que se piensa la cuestión del desarrollo en estos países a partir del surgimiento de la cuestión ambiental y las teorías del desarrollo sustentable.
其他摘要：During the last decades in almost the whole Latin America a new social actor has arisen: the organizations of urban classi fi ers of residues. The present article analyzes this recent phenomenon taking it as a social fact that condenses two deep structural transformations that they have sealed to the Latin-American continent throughout last half century: on the one hand, the changes in the world of the work (in the labor market and in the form about which there is thought what is the “decent” work; on the other hand, the transformations in the form in which the question of the development is thought about these countries from the emergence of the environmental question and the theories of the sustainable development.
