摘要：En este escrito exponemos que para hablar de una economía social y humanista, necesitamos reflexionar y estudiar el momento que vivimos, el cual algunos pensadores han descrito como de transición hacia el capitalismo cognitivo. Este tipo de capitalismo ha tomado como eje central del hecho económico al conocimiento, secuestrándolo, para convertirlo en una mercancía. Poder comprender las barreras y dinámicas que se vienen construyendo, por ejemplo, a nivel legal a través de la propiedad intelectual, o a nivel educativo a través de su privatización, es vital para construir formas de resistencia que conlleven a un nuevo tipo de economía, mas social y humanista. En este trabajo haremos una exploración de algunos de estos aspectos.
其他摘要：In this text we propose that, in order to talk about a humanist and social economy, we need to consider and study the moment we are living, which some thinkers have described as a transition towards cognitive capitalism. This type of capitalism has made knowledge the central axis of the economic fact, kidnapping it, to transform it into a commodity. To be able to understand the barriers and dynamics that are being built, for instance, on a legal level through intellectual property, or on an educational level through its privatization, is vital for building ways of resistance that will lead to a new kind of economy, more social and humanist. In this paper we will explore some of these aspects.
