摘要：Partiendo del 5to principio aprobado por la Alianza Cooperativa Internacional, referido a la “educación, formación e información”, se realizó un proyecto de intervención desde la perspectiva del Trabajo Social y que tuvo como objetivo fortalecer la comunicación y las relaciones interpersonales de los miembros de los Comités de Educación de las cooperativas afiliadas a la Central Cooperativa de Sucre (CECOSUC). Se utilizó el método de Investigación-Acción-Participativa. Los temas fueron facilitados bajo la modalidad de talleres vivenciales; capacitando a 76 cooperativistas, los cuales adquirieron estrategias y contenidos que dinamizaron su proceso comunicacional y sus relaciones interpersonales; logrando así un cambio de actitudes y de la manera de ser, lo que influenció notablemente en el trabajo cooperativo, la solidaridad y principalmente en el logro del bienestar social y la armonía entre los miembros de las cooperativas incorporadas en este proyecto.
其他摘要：Starting from the 5th principle adopted by the International Cooperative Alliance, which refers to “education, training and information”, a project of intervention from a Social Work perspective was carried out. It aimed at strengthening communication and interpersonal relationships among the members of the Education Committees of cooperatives affiliated to the Sucre Cooperative Central (CECOSUC). The method was Participatory Action Research. The topics were provided in the form of practical workshops, training 76 cooperative members, which acquired strategies and contents that energized their communication process and interpersonal relationships, thus achieving a change in attitudes and ways of being, which greatly influenced the cooperative work, solidarity and mainly in the achievement of social welfare and harmony among members of cooperatives participants in this project.
