摘要：La cooperativa de trabajo asociado es una organización compleja. En ella, no existe una división entre los propietarios de los medios de producción y los trabajadores. Los socios trabajadores son a la vez trabajadores y dueños de la empresa, conjugándose las dos funciones en una sola persona, de allí la complejidad de la figura del socio-trabajador. Este artículo examina las diferentes tipos o categorías de derechos económicos que posee el socio-trabajador de una cooperativa de trabajo asociado en la legislación española.
其他摘要：The workers co-operative is a complex organization, in which there is no division between the owners of the capital and the workers. The workers-members are at the same time workers of the enterprise and its owners, the two functions combine in a same person, and that is what makes the complexity of the figure of the member-worker. This paper analyses the different categories of economic wrights of the member-worker of the workers cooperative in the Spanish legislation.
