摘要：La política exterior del gobierno de Néstor Kirchner ha sido presentada por muchos analistas como un fenómeno fragmentado y contradictorio. Por ello, para analizarla estructuralmente creemos que hacerlo en clave autonómica, es un buen ejercicio; repasando tanto las condiciones recientes de vinculación con el mundo como también los cambios en el sistema internacional para, luego, analizar el sistema de creencias y la política exterior kirchnerista.
其他摘要：The foreign policy of the government of Nestor Kirchner has been presented by many analysts like a fragmented and contradictory phenomenon. For this reason, to analyze structurally we think it that a good exercise is to do it in autonomic key, reviewing the recent conditions of entailment with the world, like thus also the changes in the international system, soon to analyze the system of beliefs and the kirchnerista foreign policy.
