摘要：En este documento se analizan dos esquemas de integración en América Latina, ALBA-TCP y Unasur, como alternativas propuestas por Venezuela y Brasil, en torno a la integración latinoamericana. El objetivo es analizar si estos esquemas son coherentes con la política exterior de estos países y si los programas son determinantes para el liderazgo en la región.
其他摘要：In this paper two schemes of integration are analyzed in Latin America: ALBA-TCP and Unasur, both as alternatives proposed by Venezuela and Brazil concerning about Latin-American integration. The objective is to analyze if these schemes follow the foreign policy of those countries and if they are determinant for the leadership in the region.
