摘要：En este trabajo se presentan los resultados relacionados con el desarrollo de una sesión de detección de casos para estudiantes universitarios, en la que se ofreció un consejo activo sobre el consumo de alcohol y se aplicó un cuestionario paraidentificar el nivel de riesgo. La sesión se evaluó mediante un diseño preprueba-postprueba con 858 sujetos, obteniéndose cambios estadísticos significativos en el promedio de los conocimientos evaluados antes y después de la sesión t (857) = 24.187, p ¿.001; además se identificó que 22.37 % de los estudiantes estaban en riesgo, invitándolos a participar en una intervención breve conductual, consiguiéndose la asistencia del 46.60% de los casos detectados. Con la instrumentación de la sesión se proporcionó información relevante acerca del consumo de alcohol y se identificó tempranamente a estudiantes en riesgo por su consumo de alcohol.
其他摘要：This paper presents the results related to the development of a case-finding session for college students, in which advise was offered on the use of alcohol and a questionnaire to identify the risk level was applied. The session was assessed using a pre-test, post-test design with 858 subjects, yielding significant statistical changes in the average knowledge assessed before and after the session t (857) = 24 187, p ¿ .001; it was also identified that 22.37% of students were at risk, and they were invited to participate in a brief behavioral intervention, achieving the assistance of 46.60% of the cases detected. With the implementation of the session relevant information was provided about alcohol consumption and it enabled to identify at an early stage students that were at risk from alcohol comsumption.
