摘要：Este artículo tiene como objetivo informar de manera condensada sobre el desempeño de los gobiernos panistas de Jalisco. Tal desempeño se contextualiza en un proceso de cambio político y no intenta hacer un peritaje de la gestión pública, la toma de decisiones o una cavilación técnica de la práctica institucional o administrativa, sino realizar un análisis sociopolítico de gobiernos jaliscienses en el periodo 1995-2009.
其他摘要：This article has as aim informed of way condensed on the performance of the government's panistas of Jalisco. The performance in a process of political change and it does not try to make a survey of the public management, the capture of decisions or a technical pondering of the institutional or administrative practice, but realize an analysis social and political of government's jaliscienses in the period that goes of the year from 1995 to 2009.
