标题：PRÁTICAS SEXUAIS, CONHECIMENTO SOBRE HIV/AIDS E ATITUDES A RESPEITO DA RELAÇÃO AMOROSA E PREVENÇÃO ENTRE ADULTOS COM MAIS DE 50 ANOS DO SUL DO BRASIL
摘要：O objetivo foi caracterizar práticas sexuais, atitudes de prevenção e relação amorosa, além do nível de conhecimento sobre HIV/Aids entre pessoas com mais de 50 anos da região sul. Foram utilizadas entrevistas semi-estruturadas, escala de diferencial semântico e Teste de Conhecimento Científico sobre HIV/Aids. Foram entrevistadas 160 pessoas divididas por gênero e cidade. A média de idade foi de 60 anos e oito meses (DP=7,41). A primeira relação sexual ocorreu aos 19 anos (DP=4,91) e a média de relações por semana foi 1,92. Quanto ao uso do preservativo 69,4% acreditam que seriam capazes de utilizá-lo em todas as relações sexuais. Quanto ao conhecimento sobre HIV/Aids, 62,5% dos participantes eram bem informados. Verificou-se forte correlação entre conhecimento e atitude favorável à prevenção. Conclui-se que os participantes mantém relações sexuais sem prevenção, mas não acreditam que este seja um comportamento de risco. Para eles o casamento os protege e os jovens são vulneráveis.
其他摘要：The objective was to characterize sexual practices, prevention attitudes, loving relationships, and the level of knowledge about HIV/Aids among the people over 50 years old of the south Brazil. Semi-structured interviews, semantic differential scale, and the scientific knowledge test were used. Participated of the study 160 subjects, divided by gender and city. The age average was 60,8 years old (SD= 7.41). The average age where the first sexual relationship occurred was 19 years old (SD= 4.91), with an average of 1.92 sexual relations per week. Regarding the use of condoms, 69.4% reported to be able to use it in every sexual relationship, and about the HIV/Aids knowledge, 62.5% have shown to be well informed. The study verified a strong correlation between knowledge and favorable attitudes towards prevention. It can be concluded that the participants maintain sexual relationships without prevention, but they do not believe that it is a risk behavior. They believe to be protected by marriage, while the young people are vulnerable.
