摘要：Después de hacer una breve síntesis de cierta historiografía sobre el problema de las relaciones entre los países, el autor quiere mostrar, vinculando a las diversas escuelas y con algunas reflexiones, que dichas relaciones son plurales y extensas. Por ello, para llamarlas propone el término de redes.
