摘要：¿Cómo gestionar y orientar la enseñanza y el aprendizaje en las instituciones educativas a las cuales asisten estudiantes con motivaciones, rendimiento y características tan distintas, y lograr su avance significativo a pesar de la heterogeneidad? Es una pregunta que ha tenido pocas respuestas, aunque la atención a esa diversidad se ha constituido en un desafío, tanto para los docentes como para los entes gubernamentales. En el presente artículo se plantean los principios de cooperación como fundamento organizacional para el desarrollo institucional, y el aprendizaje cooperativo como estrategia de enseñanza, para responder a esta problemática y, a partir de una concepción de la clase, optimizar el aprendizaje y mejorar la calidad educativa, de modo que los agentes de la organización asuman roles distintos al del enfoque tradicional.
其他摘要：How to manage and orient teaching and learning in educational institutions to which students attend with such different motivations, levels of performance and characteristics, and how to help them achieve a significant amount of progress, despite the diversity? This is a question for which there have been few answers, although attention to that diversity has become a challenge to teachers and government agencies alike. The articlecontains several proposals on principles of cooperation as an organizational basis for institutional development, and cooperative learning as a teaching strategy that responds to this problem and, based on a concept of the class, to optimize learning and to improve the quality of education, so that the agents of the organization assume roles that are different from those in the traditional approach.
