摘要：En este ensayo nos ocuparemos del daño o perjuicio en Colombia. Con esta expresión nos referimos a dos institutos: lesión, detrimento o destrucción de un derecho patrimonial daño patrimonial, y lesión o destrucción de un derecho extrapatrimonial daño extrapatrimonial-. Estas dos variedades de daño pueden ser objeto de indemnización. Sin embargo, esta indemnización reconocida perseguirá objetivos diferentes: reparación del daño patrimonial y compensación del daño extrapatrimonial
