摘要：En este ensayo se abordan dos garantías tradicionales: la hipoteca y la prenda. Al lado de estas dos instituciones convencionales, nos ocuparemos de algunas garantías derivadas que han sido propuestas por los operadores jurídicos en el Derecho Comparado.
