摘要：La violencia sexual contra mujeres en el contexto del conflicto armado en un país marcado por la guerra y la pobreza, como es el caso del colombiano, se convierte en pan de cada día. ¿Por qué se guarda silencio ante estas atrocidades? ¿Por qué se produce la terrible invisibilización de estas acciones, acompañada por una deficiente presencia del Estado? Ante estos interrogantes el presente ensayo analizará esta problemática de la realidad colombiana. La descripción y el análisis tendrán como base la perspectiva de las feministas radicales, y desde la misma postura se enunciarán algunas soluciones. En una segunda parte se evaluará lo descrito en la primera parte del escrito y se enunciarán algunas críticas a las escuelas que plantean la solución.
其他摘要：Sexual violence against women within the context of the armed conflict in a country that is marked by war and poverty, which is the case of Colombia, has become the bread and butter of daily life. Why is silence kept with these atrocities? Why is there a terrible invisibility over these actions: an invisibility that is accompanied by the deficient presence of the state? This article aims at analyzing this problematic of the Colombian reality. The description and the analyses are based upon the perspectives of radical feminists; and from that posture, some solutions are enunciated. The second part of the article will evaluate what has been stated in the first while expounding some criticisms on those schools that propose such solutions.
