摘要：El presente texto constituye una elaboración sobre los resultados obtenidos a partir de la aplicación del dispositivo analítico con pacientes psicóticos en instituciones dedicadas a su abordaje desde perspectivas terapéuticas, centradas en prácticas de adiestramiento y control farmacológico. La finalidad de reconstituir el lazo social, perseguida por los programas, se ve obstaculizada por sus mismas soluciones. La restitución de la dignidad y la palabra al paciente psicótico, vía asunción del desafío freudiano por el psicoanálisis, es el principio esencial que constituye el sentido de la intervención desde el dispositivo analítico, el cual cuestiona los mitos con respecto al sujeto de la psicosis y a su misma clínica.
其他摘要：The present text constitutes an elaboration about the results obtained from the application of the analytical device with psychotic patients on institutions dedicated to its approach from therapeutic perspectives, centered on training practices and pharmacological control. The purpose of reconstructing the social bond, searched by the programs, is seen hampered by its own solutions. The restitution of the dignity and speech to the psychotic patient, via assumption of the Freudian challenge for the psychoanalysis, is the essential principle that constitutes the sense of the intervention from the analytical device, which questions the myths regarding the subject of the psychosis and his own clinic.
