摘要：Es necesario superar el discurso sobre el SER y la Existencia para adentrarse en un camino práctico, que redescubre el dinamismo de la existencia de la persona humana como presencia encarnada del SER. Guiados por las palabras del místico Maestro Eckhart de Hochheim se redescubre al SER como Principio y Fundamento de la esencia de la perso- na, (SER al que buena parte de la humanidad ha llamado “Dios”), que por medio de diversas ma- nifestaciones percibidas a nivel psicológico, parece llamarlo al reencuentro. Por esto conviene ampliar la mirada para releer manifestaciones tales como la ansiedad y los estados emocionales incomprendidos por quienes los padecen y que la medicina tradicio- nal los trata como situaciones estáticas, como signos de un proceso dinámico en el alma. Así es nece- saria una psicología del Camino Interior durante el proceso que la persona realiza hasta acceder al Ser esencial. Este Camino Interior incluye la liberación de la dictadura de las emociones y de otras dolencias del alma. Finaliza este artículo con una anotación a una práctica que puede orientar hacia dónde dirigir la mirada cuando se opta por el Camino Interior; la práctica del sentarse, como no-acción y recogimien- to interior, el vivir con plena atención y mantener la respiración correcta, como se practica en muchos monasterios, que además de alejar del activismo y el frenesí de la cotidianidad, abre las puertas para el descubrimiento interior del ser humano como SER hecho Existencia
其他摘要：It is necessary to overcome the speech on BEING and Existence to go into a practical road that re- discovers the dynamism of the human person's existence as incarnating presence of BEING. Gui- ded by the Teacher's words the mystic Eckhart of Hochheim it is rediscovered the BEING as Princi- ple and Foundation of person's essence (BEING which humanity's good part has called "God") that by means of diverse manifestations perceived at psychological level, it seems to call it to the rencou- nter. For this reason it suits to enlarge the look to reread such manifestations as anxiety and emotio- nal misunderstanding states for who suffers them and which traditional medicine treats as static si- tuations, as signs of a dynamic process in the soul. This way, it is necessary an inside Road psychology during the process that the person carries out un- til consenting to the essential Being. This Interior Way includes the liberation of the dictatorship of emotions and other ailments of the soul. This arti- cle concludes with an annotation to a practice that can guide toward where to direct the look when it is opted for the Interior Road; the practice of sit- ting down, as no-action and interior withdrawal, to live with full attention and to maintain the correct breathing, like it is practiced in many monasteries that besides taking away from the activism and frenzy of the day-to-dayness, it opens the doors for human being's interior discovery like BEING made Existence
