摘要：Este trabalho pretende expor as diretrizes e desafios enfrentados por um programa de atenção à saúde psíquica de alunos em uma instituição universitária privada paulistana, voltada à formação de profissionais que tendem a ocupar posições de destaque tanto no meio empresarial quanto governamental. As ações deste programa se dividem em duas frentes: a) atendimento emergencial, focado em atendimentos clínicos individuais, fora do espaço universitário, a fim de circunscrever conflitos e questões que mobilizam o jovem em seu processo de formação, e elaborar encaminhamentos possíveis; b) ações profiláticas, que visam ampliar o espaço de interlocução entre agentes institucionais, o que permite explicitar conflitos vividos e, consequentemente, oferecer melhores condições de simbolização. O desenvolvimento deste serviço permite analisar as tensões que acompanham a realidade deste instituição, que busca corresponder às demandas de mercado, mas também resguardar seu compromisso ético na formação crítica e reflexiva de profissionais voltados à transformação da realidade brasileira, perspectivas nem sempre convergentes entre si. Os jovens que buscam atendimento vivem as turbulências de seu percurso subjetivo, são, eles próprios, nas angústias que enfrentam, sintomas da instituição, bem como do cenário social em que esta se inscreve.
其他摘要：The present work aims at exposing the policies and challenges faced in a psychological health care program for students in a private institution of college education in São Paulo, which offers graduation and post-graduation programs for professionals willing to take high positions in the governmental and corporate fields. The psychological health care actions happen in two fronts: a) emergency counseling focused on individual counseling outside of the college environment, aimed at identifying issues and conflicts faced by the student during his/her graduation program and thinking up possible outcomes; b) preventive action aimed at improving communication among institutional agents, which allows conflict exposition and, as a result, offers better conditions of symbolization. The development of this program makes it possible to analyze the tensions faced by an institution which is committed to meeting the market demands as well as fulfilling its ethical commitment to offer critical and reflexive education to young professionals who will take part in transforming Brazilian reality, perspectives which don't always converge. The young people who look for this counseling program are facing the turbulence of their subjective journey and are also symptoms of the institution and of the social environment that surrounds it.
