摘要：El estudio que se presenta en este artículo caracteriza y analiza el fenómeno del doble trabajo entre los docentes de primaria de América Latina, desde su magnitud, con- secuencias e implicancias para el desarrollo de las distintas actividades implicadas en la docencia. Utiliza la base de datos del Segundo Estudio Regional Comparativo y Explicativo de la unesco , con información representativa de más de 8 mil docentes que enseñan en 3° y 6° grados en cerca de 3 mil escuelas en 16 países de América La- tina. Los resultados de la investigación señalan que uno de cada tres docentes tiene un segundo trabajo remunerado, el que principalmente se refiere al enseñar en una segunda escuela. Se constata también una importante diferencia entre el tiempo destinado a la preparación de la enseñanza, el trabajo en equipo y la atención de estudiantes fuera de aula, entre los profesores con uno y dos empleos.
其他摘要：Th is article presents a study that characterizes and analyzes the phenomenon of ele- mentary school teachers in Latin America who have two jobs. Th e basis of the study is the magnitude, consequences, and implications for developing teaching activities. Th e study uses the database of the Second Regional Comparative and Explanatory Study of the unesco, with information that represents more than eight thousand teachers in the third and sixth grades in approximately three thousand schools in sixteen Latin American countries. Th e research results indicate that one out of every three teachers has a second paid job, most often a teaching job in another school. Important diff erences are seen between teachers with one and two jobs in terms of the time they dedicate to class preparation, teamwork, and the attention they give students outside of the classroom.
