摘要：El caso de Juan, el niño triqui es un caso electrónico de enseñanza (e-caso) que ofrece una narrativa digital donde se plantea la problemática de discriminación y exclusión de alumnos provenientes de contextos culturales diversos y la falta de preparación de los docentes para afrontar la educación intercultural en el aula. Se presenta la sistematización de la experiencia educativa conducente a la validación de este caso con estudiantes normalistas de educación preescolar y se discuten las principales actividades de enseñanza-aprendizaje enfocadas al análisis y reflexión sobre la inclusión educativa en el marco de la interculturalidad, así como algunas de las concepciones y soluciones al caso propuestas por las futuras docentes.
其他摘要：The Case of Juan, the Triqui Boy is an e-case that offers a digital narrative of the problems of discrimination and the exclusion of students from diverse cultural contexts, along with the lack of teacher preparation for addressing intercultural education in the classroom. Presented is the systematization of the educational experience that leads to the validation of this case with normal school students who are preparing to be preschool teachers. The discussion centers on the teaching and learning activities involving analysis and refl ection on educational inclusion in the framework of interculturality, as well as the conceptions and case solutions proposed by these future teachers.
