摘要：En este artículo se analiza la lectura laboral, a partir de las entrevistas profundas que se hicieron a catorce trabajadores que contrastan escolaridad y perfil ocupacional, con la finalidad de mostrar que el contexto prové de una serie de recursos extratextuales que facilitan que los trabajadores realicen una lectura eficiente. Uno de estos recursos es el entrenamiento que reciben los trabajadores por la repetición de las tareas y los textos que utilizan. La base de esta uniformidad produce una economía de tiempo y esfuerzo donde el primero es indispensable para el orden y productividad propios de una actividad económica.
其他摘要：This article analyzes literacy on the job by means of in-depth interviews held with fourteen workers. The contrasting schooling and occupations show that the context provides a series of extra-textual resources that facilitate workers literacy tasks. One of these resources is the training workers receive through the repetition of tasks and texts. The basis of this uniformity produces an economy of time and effort in which time is indispensable for the order and productivity inherent in an economic activity.
