摘要：El objeto de estudio de este artículo es el proceso de apropiación de los maestros del uso del video para la enseñanza en una secundaria pública del Distrito Federa incorporada al proyecto "Secundarias para el Siglo XXI" (Sec XXI). Se trata de una investigación etnográfica, cuyo sustento de información lo constituyen 11 observaciones de aula y 12 entrevistas semiestructuradas a maestros y directivos. Los principales hallazgos del estudio refieren a la heterogeneidad de los procesos de apropiación y a cierto desplazamiento de algunas prácticas existentes antes de la llegada a la escuela del proyecto Sec XXI como la lectura y el uso del libro de texto.
其他摘要：The object of study of this article is the process of teachers' appropriation of the use of videos for teaching in a public secondary school in the Federal District; the school is incorporated into the project of "Secundarias para el Siglo XXI" (Sec XXI)("Secondary Schools for the 21st Century"). The study was ethnographic, based on information compiled from eleven classroom observations and twelve semi-structured interviews with teachers and directors. The main findings of the study refer to the heterogeneity of the appropriation processes and to the displacement of practices that existed before the Sec XXI project reached the school, such as reading and the use of the textbook.
