摘要：En algunos volcanes del Altiplano Central de México se practican ritos mágico-religiosos con el propósito de propiciar las lluvias y controlar el clima para beneficiar los cultivos. Estos ritos son ejecutados por especialistas en el control meteorológico que han recibido «una señal» del cielo. Estas personas desempeñarán su trabajo ritual atendiendo a las revelaciones oníricas que tendrán a lo largo de su vida. En el texto se comparan diversas formas de iniciación de estos Trabajadores del Temporal.
其他摘要：Magic-religious ceremonies with the purpose of propitiating rain and controlling the weather for the benefit of the crops are being practiced in some Mexicos Central Tablelands volcanoes. Specialists in the meteorological control perform these ceremonies; they are de shamans that have received a sign from heaven. The ritual performance is supported by the specialist dreams. Dreams base ritual activities during the entire lives of the specialists. In this paper I focus on a comparison between different initiation forms of these Weather Workers.
