摘要：Continuando el proceso de direccionamiento estratégico iniciado en 1991, que ha tenido cuatro periodos con el presente, distribuidos así, primer plan estratégico 1991-1994, segundo plan estratégico 1995-2000, tercer periodo agenda estratégica 2001- 2004 y el cuarto periodo agenda estratégica 2005- 2007, con proyección hasta el 2010, se presentan las bases de la agenda para que sea conocida y apoyada por la comunidad académica y en general por las directivas de la Universidad. En el presente documento se ofrece una evaluación del logro de objetivos del periodo 2001-2004 y se indica todo el proceso seguido para plantear la nueva agenda que ha contado con el aporte y la colaboración de la comunidad académica. Se han utilizado diferentes herramientas y metodologías como la planeación por escenarios, la matriz DOFA y PEYEA para definir estrategias y el cuadro de mando integral y el mapa estratégico que incluye los objetivos y las perspectivas con los indicadores que deben evaluarse para verificar el avance de la agenda. También se ha elaborado un documento aparte para verificar la coherencia entre los objetivos de la escuela y los objetivos de la facultad. 其他摘要：The basis for the strategic agenda are introduced as a continuation of the process of strategic direction began in 1991 in order to make them known to the academic community and to the university directives at large, in order to get their support. The first strategic plan covers the period 1991-1994, the second one 1995-2000, the third one 2001-2004, and the fourth one 2005-2007 with further projection until 2010. An evaluation of the achievement of objectives for the period 2001-2004 is presented in the current document. There is also an outline of the entire process that was followed in order to present the new agenda.
