摘要：Este artículo expone la "gramática managerial" que organiza la producción de los cuadros directivos de grandes empresas argentinas. Se muestra que la selección del grupo de personas que va a dirigir la organización es atentamente vigilada y producida de acuerdo con parámetros particulares. Estos parámetros encuentran en el management moderno la trama -normativa y moral- que ordena los procesos de clasificación y jerarquización.

It shows that the selection of those who are going to manage the organization is produced in agreement with particular parameters.
