摘要：A causa de una decisión sostenida durante décadas por parte de las élites, en México quedó atrás el proyecto y el esfuerzo colectivo de construir un auténtico régimen de bienestar y por el contrario, aparejada a las modernas políticas sociales vigentes -de impecable carácter compensatorio y focalizado-, la dinámica histórica dominante hoy día en las dimensiones económica, política, social y ambiental hace avanzar persistentemente al país por la senda de la construcción de un estado de malestar para la mayoría de la población.
其他摘要：As a consequence of a decision of the countries elites, which they have sustained for decades, the construction of an authentic Mexican regime of well-being, based on the collective effort of its people, has not been realized. Instead, this historical dynamic, which in its contemporary form continues to dominate the county's economic, political, social and environmental arenas, is being compounded by the compensatory and targeted social policies of the state. It is leading the country down a path of constructing a regime of ill-being for the majority of its population.
