摘要：A Cabanagem foi uma revolução social que dizimou a população amazônica e abarcou um território muito amplo. Contrastando com este cenário amplo e internacional, foi, e ainda é, analisada como mais um movimento regional, típico do período regencial do Império do Brasil. No entanto, os "patriotas" cabanos, ao longo do movimento, criaram um sentimento comum de identidade entre povos de etnias e culturas diferentes, que extrapolava estes ditames. Todo o processo é o objeto central deste artigo.
其他摘要：Cabanagem was a social revolution that decimated the Amazonia's population in a wide territory. In contrast to this wide and international scenery, Cabanagem was, and it still is, analyzed as regional movement, typical of the regency period. However, the "patriot" cabanos created, throughout the movement, a feeling of common identity shared by people of the different etnias cultures which it extrapolated these initial caracteristics. This whole process is the central object of this article.
