摘要：Este trabajo expone la particular falta de coordinación existente entre la labor fiscalizadora de la Contraloría General de la República y el control presupuestario a nivel parlamentario, mostrando cómo el déficit de control de la Contraloría se explica en parte por una inadecuada evolución en materia de sus competencias de control de legalidad.
其他摘要：This article discusses the distinct lack of coordination in both the control carried out by the General Comptroller's Office of the Republic and the congressional budgetary control, and it shows that the reason for this lack of control on the part of the Comptroller's Office is partially due to the inadequate evolution of its competence in the control of illegality.
