摘要：El presente artículo analiza la evolución de la jurisprudencia de la Corte Suprema chilena en lo referente a la aplicación del Decreto Ley 2.191 en el periodo 1990-2005, respecto de delitos de privación ilegítima de libertad y desaparición de personas. Realiza, asimismo, un examen de la valoración del derecho internacional de los derechos humanos y la posición adoptada por la jurisprudencia del sistema interamericano en la materia.
其他摘要：This paper reviews the development of the Chilean Supreme Court’s case law regarding the application of Decree Law 2.191 during the years 1990 to 2005, with respect to crimes of illegal privation of liberty and disappearance of persons. It then reviews the same issues under the principles of international human rights law and the stand of case law on these matters developed under the Inter American Human Right System.
