摘要：En el artículo se establecen los parámetros de lo que se estima una adecuada política criminal para el Ministerio Público, basada en metas de gestión que clarifiquen su rol como agente en la reducción de las tasas de criminalidad al aumentar mediante sus actuaciones el costo de la comisión de delitos (según el modelo que Gary Becker recoge de Beccaria y Bentham), haciéndose, de paso, un juicio crítico a las propuestas actuales de la institución en la materia.
其他摘要：This article discuss criteria for appropriate criminal policies in relation to the prosecutoring authority, based on management goals that clarify its role as an agent in reducing the rates of crime by increasing, through its actions, the cost of committing crimes (according to the model that Gary Becker took from Beccaria and Bentham). On the way, it makes a critical judgment of the actual proposals of the institution in this regard.
