摘要：El artículo tiene por propósito contribuir al análisis de la siempre cambiante realidad sociopolítica venezolana, adelantando respuestas a interrogantes abiertas con la derrota de la propuesta de reforma constitucional. Para ello está organizado en cinco partes: la primera presenta el contexto político dentro del cual se originó la propuesta de reforma. En la segunda, brevemente, se trata sobre los principales contenidos de dicha propuesta. La tercera está dedicada a evaluar la calidad del debate generado, tanto para el diseño de la propuesta, como durante la campaña previa al referendo. En la cuarta parte se presenta un análisis comparativo de los resultados electorales del referendo de diciembre con resultados electorales anteriores. En la quinta parte, concluye con una exploración tentativa de las tendencias políticas que se avizoran en el país como resultado de la derrota de la propuesta de reforma constitucional
其他摘要：The article attempts to contribute to the analysis of the always-changing Venezuelan social-political reality, advancing answers to questions opened with the defeat of the proposal for the reform of the Constitution. It is organized in five parts: the first one presents the political context from which the proposal of reform originally came from. The second synthesizes the principal contents of the mentioned proposition. The third one is dedicated to evaluate the quality of the generated debate for the proposition design as well as during the campaign before the referendum. The fourth part presents a comparative analysis of the electoral results of the December referendum with previous electoral results. It concludes with a fifth part in which is presented a tentative study of political trends in the country as result of the defeated of the proposal for the reform of the Constitution
