摘要：La introducción de plantas alimentarias europeas en el Nuevo Mundo fue temprana y éstas se esparcieron rápidamente a lo largo del Continente. La caña de azúcar fue cultivada primero en Santo Domingo y, después, poco a poco en el resto de las regiones conquistada. En Venezuela ha sido ampliamente estudiado su papel económico en el siglo XVIII, XIX Y XX, menos para el siglo XVI. Estos estudios repiten que, probablemente, la caña entró en Venezuela a través de la ciudad de Coro, pero sin mucha pruebas documentales. El tema de nuestro trabajo es la introducción temprana de la caña en Venezuela, intentando demostrar que su entrada se dio a través del Oriente de Venezuela, de donde se esparció tanto por el Orinoco como por los llanos orientales y centrales.
其他摘要：The introduction of European food plants in the New World was early and they spread rapidly throughout the continent. Sugarcane was cultivated first in Santo Domingo and then gradually in other regions conquered. In Venezuela, has been extensively studied its economic role in the eighteenth century, nineteenth and twentieth, least the sixteenth century. These studies repeat that probably the cane entered Venezuela through the city of Coro, but without much documentary evidence. The theme of our work is the early introduction of the cane in Venezuela, trying to prove that entry was through the East of Venezuela, where it spread both by the Orinoco as the eastern and central plains.
