摘要：El concepto de Potenciación se considera un constructo muy importante en el desarrollo teórico de la psicología comunitaria. El objeto del presente artículo es analizar los componentes de este complejo concepto que aunaría diferentes perspectivas teóricas dada su naturaleza ecológica. Este se re f i e re a una condición de poder o autoridad y se relaciona tanto con la determinación individual sobre la propia vida y el sentido psicológico de cont rol personal, como con la participación en la vida de la comunidad y la adquisición de recursos. Es un constructo multinivel aplicable tanto a individuos como a organizaciones , lo que conduce al estudio de las personas en el contexto. El concepto también se desarrolla con la intención de ampliar el campo de actuación de la intervención comunitaria y plantea directrices prácticas importantes dirigidas a incrementar el poder de la comunidad.
其他摘要：The notion of empowerment is considered a major construct in the theoretical development of the community psychology. The aim of the present article is to analyze the components of this complex notion that would combine different theoretical perspectives due to its ecological nature. This refers to a condition of power or authority and it is related to an individual determination about one¿s life and the psychololgical sense of personal control as well as to the participation of the community life and the acquisition of resources. It is a multilevel construct applicable not only to individuals but also to organizations, what leads to the study of people on the context. The notion is also developed with the intention of extending the sphere of action of the community intervention and raises important practical guidelines oriented to increase the community power.
