摘要：Ninguna economía es autosuficiente. De ahí que la firma de tratados comerciales internacionales sea una necesidad impostergable. Al mismo tiempo, en la implantación de la ciencia de la escasez no hay decisiones técnicas. Éstas son de carácter político y conllevan un hondo talante ético. En este marco de gran complejidad está en proceso de consolidación el Tratado de Libre Comercio, TLC, entre los Estados Unidos de América, Colombia, Perú y Ecuador. Este ensayo analiza el polémico tratado desde una perspectiva ética.
其他摘要：No economy is self-sufficient. Hence, to reach international trade agreements is an unavoidable necessity. At the same time, in the implementation of the science of scarcity there are no technical decisions. These are of a political character but have profound ethical implications. Within this very complex framework finds itself in the process on consolidation the Free Trade Agreement between the United States on one part and Ecuador, Peru and Colombia on the other. This essay analyzes the polemical agreement from an ethical perspective.
