摘要：Durante seu caminhar pela história, a Igreja foi assumindo diversas formas de organnização ministerial, com suas interpretações teóricas e práticas. O propósito dessa investigação é estudar as mudanças a respeito da "Liderança e serviço na tradição católica". Uma segunda investigação, "Gênero e liderança na tradição católica", tenta responder desde uma releitura na perspectiva do gêrnero os resultados da primeira investigação, porque as mulheres tem sido históricamente excluidas da organização herárquica da Igleja Católica e seguem sendo.
其他摘要：During its presence in history, the Church has had different forms of ministerial organization, with consequently theoretical and practical interpretations. The purpose of the research "Leadership and service in the catholic tradition: texts regarding ministries in gender perspective" is to study these changes. A second research, "Gender and leadership in the Catholic tradition" intends to answer, from a genderedoriented re-reading of the results of the first research, why women have been historically excluded from the hierarchical organization of the Catholic Church up to now.
