摘要：Los morteros diseñados para el mantenimiento, conservación y reparación de edificaciones se realizaron con cemento PP-25, arena y polvo de piedra de la cantera Planta Libertad de la provincia de Matanzas, basándose en las recomendaciones de las normas cubanas. Entre los métodos de investigación utilizados está la experimentación y métodos asociados a la matemática. Para ello se caracterizó la arena y polvo de piedra mediante la medición de sus propiedades geométricas y físicas. Se realizaron roturas a los 28 días a los morteros elaborados para medir su resistencia a flexión y compresión. Los resultados obtenidos mostraron que el árido no cumple con las especificaciones en cuanto a la granulometría dadas por el suministrador del material y los morteros diseñados presentan valores de resistencia a compresión por encima de los estipulados. Las variaciones de resistencia están dadas por la cantidad de agua, los finos en la mezcla y la cantidad de cemento. Se realizó un análisis “costo-beneficio” y se propuso una solución para resolver la problemática existente, seguido de la recomendación de diseñar nuevamente los morteros con los nuevos resultados.
其他摘要：The mortars designed for the maintenance, conservation and repair of constructions were carried out with cement PP-25, sand and powder of stone of the quarry Plants Freedom of the county of Matanzas, being based on the recommendations of the Cuban norms. The experimentation and methods associated to the mathematics is among the used investigation methods. For it was characterized it the sand and powder of mediating stone the mensuration of their geometric and physical properties. They were carried out breaks to the 28 days to the mortars elaborated to measure their resistance to flexion and compression. The obtained results showed that the arid one doesn't fulfill the specifications as for the grain given by the supplier of the material and the designed mortars present resistance values to compression above those specified. The resistance variations are given by the quantity of water, the fine ones in the mixture and the quantity of cement. He was carried out an analysis "cost-benefit" and he intended a solution to solve the existent problem, followed by the recommendation of designing the mortars again with the new results.
