摘要：El artículo intenta conectar los cambios en las nuevas formas de ser joven con las transformaciones históricas del trabajo ocurridas en la segunda mitad del siglo XX. Se presenta parte de la discusión teórica que guía la reflexión de estos procesos como una manera de contextualizar el análisis de la conversación que producen jóvenes sobre el trabajo. Finalmente se intenta ligar los temas que ordenan los discursos de los jóvenes con algunas de las apuestas que circulan en el debate actual sobre el futuro del trabajo.
其他摘要：This article attempts to connect changes of the new ways of youth with the historical transformations of work which occurred in the second half of the twentieth century. It highlights some of the theoretical discussions which guides the reflection of these processes as a way to contextualize the analysis of conversation produced by youth on the job. Finally, attempts to link the themes to give order to the speeches of youth which circulate with regards to different opinions on the current debate for the future of employment.
