摘要：El presente artículo plantea elementos conceptuales para la investigación con jóvenes indígenas en el contexto latinoamericano. Acudiendo a un tipo de investigación sintética se analiza por qué este tema ha sido poco trabajado en las ciencias sociales, y particularmente, en el desarrollo de los estudios relacionados a identidades juveniles. Esta situación se inscribe críticamente en lo que ha significado la construcción del «adultocentrismo» el cual se identifica como un problema inherente al desarrollo de la concepción del sujeto moderno. La crítica implica reconocer que las personas jóvenes indígenas, en su condición de «subalternidad», están sujetos a una matriz interpretativa que opera desde una doble negación de la coetaneidad.
其他摘要：This article presents conceptual elements for research with indigenous youth in the Latin American context. Going to a type of synthetic research analyzes how this topic has received little worked in the social sciences and particularly in the development of the studies related to youth identities. This situation falls critically in what has been the construction of the adult centrism which is identified as a problem inherent to the development of the conception of the modern subject. Criticism involves recognizing that indigenous young people, in their condition of subalternity, are subject to an interpretative ma- trix that operates from a double negation of contemporaneity.
