摘要：Este artículo pretende dar a conocer los hallazgos en tanto características y análisis de los componentes constitutivos y de funcionamiento en las agrupaciones de carácter no formal en la Comuna de Valparaíso, reconociendo en las acciones grupales de los y las jóvenes el contenido político (explícitoimplícito). Tal información es recogida a partir de la investigación cualitativa realizada por las autoras en el transcurso del año 2005. Bajo una lectura interpretativa, analítica y reflexiva, es analizada la información recogida, tomando como base la mediación conceptual propuesta por Morales Gil de la Torre en su modelo de análisis para la acción colectiva, que comprende la noción de sistemas de acción, complementados con conceptos de política y participación juvenil. Se presentan los elementos constituyentes y descriptivos de la participación fuera de los canales tradicionales de la participación política de los y las jóvenes, reconociendo en sus agrupaciones nuevas formas de participación política y acción colectiva, lo que implicó una revisión de los marcos comprensivos desde los cuales se abordan como sujetos y actores sociales a las juventudes y sus diversas agrupaciones, permitiendo rescatar sueños y desafíos de los y las jóvenes porteños.
其他摘要：This article is intended to inform the foundings regarding characteristics and analysis of the constitutive components and functioning of the non formal aggroupments of the City of Valparaíso, recognizing the political contents (implicit and explicit) in the groupal actions of young men. This information is collected from the qualitative investigation carried out by the authors throughout year 2005. Under an interpretative, analytical and reflexive reading the collected field information is analysed based on the conceptual mediacy proposed by Morales Gil de la Torre in his analysis model for the collective action. This model considers the notion of action systems perfected with concepts of politics and juvenile participation. The constitutive and descriptive elements of the participation out from the traditional channels of the political participation of the young, are presented recognizing among their aggroupments, new ways of political participation and collective actions. This meant a complete review of the comprehensive frames from which the young and their different aggroupments are approached, allowing the recovery of dreams and challenges of the young people of Valparaíso.
