摘要：A intensificação da movimentação das empresas e de pessoas ao redor do mundo tornou-se cada vez mais constante e valorizada, fazendo surgir uma espécie de nomadismo organizacional e profissional. Nesse cenário não é apenas a vida profissional dos trabalhadores que é afetada, mas também a de toda a sua família, em especial das esposas, uma vez que a adaptação do funcionário ao novo ambiente organizacional e da própria família depende, em grande parte, da dela. Este trabalho teve por objetivo analisar os dilemas e desafios vividos por mulheres que migraram de cidade e em alguns casos de estado em função do trabalho do cônjuge. O arcabouço teórico contemplou os temas: gênero, trabalho, família e mobilidade. Com esta pesquisa pretende-se preencher parte da lacuna nos estudos acadêmicos relacionados à interculturalidade, no que diz respeito à mobilidade nacional e às questões de gênero, uma vez que pouco se tem discutido a respeito dos problemas de adaptação regional, principalmente em países com grande extensão geográfica e diversidade cultural como as do Brasil. Trata-se de uma pesquisa qualitativa cujos dados foram coletados por meio de entrevistas e analisados por meio da técnica de análise de conteúdo. Foram identificadas seis mulheres nessa condição na empresa em foco e quatro delas consentiram em participar da pesquisa. No que diz respeito à renúncia da carreira, o principal motivo foi dar aos cônjuges a oportunidade de realizarem o sonho de trabalhar numa grande empresa multinacional que é referência no ramo de atividade. Nos primeiros meses, as mulheres se dedicaram às questões do lar e da família e só depois tentaram retomar suas vidas profissionais. Nenhuma delas conseguiu retomar a carreira interrompida. Dentre os dilemas vivenciados pelas mulheres, destacam-se dificuldades de adaptação à cultura local, a construção de nova rede de relacionamento e amizades, e a retomada da vida profissional. Os sentimentos e comportamentos associados à atual condição são de frustração e isolamento, mas também de resiliência e superação.
其他摘要：Increased movement of businesses and people around the world became increasingly valued constant, giving rise to a kind of nomadism organizational and professional. This scenario is not only the life of the workers who are affected, but also his entire family, especially wives, since the adaptation of the employee to the new organizational environment and the family itself depends in large part on her. This study aimed to analyze the dilemmas and challenges faced by women who migrated to the city and in some cases state due to the work of the spouse. The theoretical framework included the themes: gender, labor, family and mobility. This research is intended to fill part of the gap in academic studies related to interculturalism, with regard to national mobility and gender issues, since little has been discussed about the problems of regional adaptation, especially in countries with large extension geographical and cultural diversity as Brazil. This is a qualitative research data were collected through interviews and analyzed using the technique of content analysis. We identified six women in this condition in the company and focus on four of them agreed to participate. With respect to the waiver of career the main reason was to give spouses the opportunity to realize the dream of working in a large multinational company which is a benchmark in industry. In the first months, the women are dedicated to the issues of home and family and then tried to resume their professional lives. None of them could resume interrupted career. Among the dilemmas experienced by women, highlight difficulties in adapting to the local culture, the construction of new network of relationships and friendships, and renewed life. The feelings and behaviors associated with the current condition are of frustration and isolation, but also resilience and overcoming.
