摘要：El objetivo de la investigación es interpretar el campo social discursivo sobre el rol de Estado y mercado en Educación Superior Universitaria como contexto para analizar la realidad laboral de la Psicología en Chile y la V Región. La metodología es un análisis estructural de discurso. El corpus está compuesto por 6 entrevistas en profundidad a psicólogos/as y un discurso de Michelle Bachelet e "Instituto Libertad y Desarrollo". Se han encontrado 3 ejes temáticos: I. Podrían / No deberían existir normas en el futuro para regular la oferta de carreras de Educación Superior. II. La sobreoferta de titulados/as, consecuencia de un libre mercado sin regulación, aumenta la precariedad laboral y vital. III. El Colegio de Psicólogos no realiza reivindicaciones para el respeto de derechos que motiven la pertenencia al Gremio. La Psicología se enseña mayoritariamente en Universidades Privadas, la profesión se ejerce como "trabajo no decente", existe discriminación laboral negativa hacia las mujeres. Se vulneran los Derechos Humanos de psicólogos/as, consecuencia del sistema económico neoliberal y la adscripción implícita predominante a la teoría funcionalista en Educación Superior. En conclusión el Estado debe regular la oferta de las carreras universitarias supeditándola a las necesidades reales de las regiones y del país.
其他摘要：The objective of the investigation is the interpreting of the social discursive field about the role of the State and the market within higher university education. This has been done as a context to analyse the employment reality of Psychology in Chile and the 5th Region. The methodology is a structural analysis of discourse. The corpus is composed by 6 deep interviews to psychologists and a speech of Michelle Bachelet and the "Institute of Freedom and Development". 3 thematic axes have been found: I. There could be / there should not be norms in the future to regulate the supply of careers of higher education. II. The oversupply of university graduated people, a consequence of a free market without regulation, increases employment and vital precariousness. III. The Association of Psychologists does not assert its entitlement to the respect of rights in order to motivate the membership to this faculty. Psychology is mainly taught at Private Universities, the profession is carried out as a "not worthy job", and there also exists female discrimination in this labour force. Human Rights of Psychologists are hurt, as a consequence of the economic neo-liberal system and the implicit ascription predominant to the theory of functionalism within Higher Education. In conclusion, the State should regulate the supply of university careers subordinating them to the real needs of the regions and the country.
