摘要：Este artigo analisa o filme-documentário Jango, de Silvio Tendler, à luz da História do Brasil. Traçar um paralelo entre o contexto da produção do filme - Movimento pelas Eleições Diretas para Presidência do Brasil - e os episódios narrados é nosso principal objetivo. Também são relevantes as disputas em torno da memória do presidente João Goulart, o contexto internacional da Guerra Fria e a sistematização da Política Externa Independente, o Governo Goulart e as ditaduras na América Latina.
其他摘要：This article examines the documentary film Jango, Silvio Tendler, in light of Brazil's History. Draw a parallel between the context of the film production - Movement for direct elections for the Presidency of Brazil - and the episodes narrated is our main goal. Also relevant are the disputes over the memory of President Joao Goulart, the international context of the Cold War and the systematization of Independent Foreign Policy, Goulart and dictatorships in Latin America.
