摘要：Los derechos humanos se han convertidos desde tiempos ancestrales en la bandera de defensa de todos los aconteceres de la vida del hombre. Lo contradictorio, es que siendo el ser humano la especie dominante en la tierra, tenga que crear mecanismos jurídicos de defensa ante sus pares, e incluso batallar para que le sean reconocidos, y al lograrlo el beneficio es unánime, para los defensores y para los detractores. La saga de los derechos humanos plantea esa lucha entre el reconocimiento y la constante violación de los mismos, en cualquier circunstancia o país, sin importar raza, sexo, credo o condición social o política. La necesidad de poder, de dominación por cualquier pretexto, lleva inevitablemente a la violación de derechos que le son inherentes al hombre o que se han conquistado con el tiempo. Sólo el establecimiento de igualdades reconocidas y respetadas por todos los ordenamientos jurídicos del orbe, logrará niveles óptimos de convivencia pacífica entre todos los seres humanos.
其他摘要：Human rights have been converted from ancient times the banner of defense of all the happenings of human life. The contradiction is that man being the dominant species on earth, have to create legal mechanisms of defense against their peers, and even fight for that recognition, and to achieve the benefit is unanimous, for the defendants and to the detractors. The saga of human rights posed by the struggle between the recognition and the continued violation thereof, under any circumstances or country, regardless of race, sex, creed or social or political. The need forpower, domination by any pretext, inevitably leads to the violation of rights that are inherent to human beings or who have conquered over time. Only the establishment of equalities recognized and respected by all legal systems in the world, achieve optimal levels of peaceful coexistence among all human beings.
