摘要：Este estudio se centró en la descripción de estereotipos gay en la cinematografía mundial del período 1970-1999, prestando particular atención al cine estadounidense, español y latinoamericano. Se partió de los estudios de Russo (1981), Boze (1996), Mira (2008), Del Río (2005), Rodríguez (2004), Schulz (2010), La Fountain (2008) y Peña y Peña (2011). En general, destaca en los años 70 el estereotipo del mariquita o afeminado, el travesti y algunos adultos normalizados. En los 80 hay una tendencia a representar el gay como un villano o un atormentado; persiste el mariquita. En los 90 aparecen los activistas y el héroe gay seropositivo.
其他摘要：This study focused on the description of gay stereotypes in world cinema of the period 1970-1999, with particular attention to American cinema, Spanish and Latin. It started from the studies of Russo (1981), Boze (1996), Mira (2008), Del Río (2005), Rodriguez (2004), Schulz (2010), The Fountain (2008) and Peña & Peña (2011). Overall, in the 70 highlights the stereotypical sissy or effeminate, transvestite and some standardized (normalized) adults. In the 80's a tendency to represent the gay as a villain or a tormented; persists the sissy. In the 90 ́s are activists and the HIV-positive gay heroe.
