摘要：El estudio de los dilemas éticos se ha convertido en uno de los temas filosóficos más actuales en el ámbito de la producción científico-intelectual. Este artículo se ha desarrollado con un enfoque multidisciplinario, que se proyecta en el pensamiento filosófico, médico, religioso, psicológico, jurídico y político. El síndrome de inmunodeficiencia adquirida (SIDA) trae consigo una serie de factores sociales, psicológicos y éticos que por sus características peculiares vale la pena considerar desde estas perspectivas. El objetivo del presente trabajo es valorar el cumplimiento de los principios básicos de la Ética: respeto a la autonomía, beneficencia, no maleficencia y justicia, en la atención a las personas viviendo con VIH, conjuntamente con la repercusión psicológica derivada de los dilemas éticos del actuar profesional con estas personas así como mostrar algunas sugerencias que constituirían una contribución al tratamiento ético de esta problemática
其他摘要：The study of ethical dilemmas has turned to be one of the most current philosophical topics in the context of scientific-intellectual production. This article was prepared with a multidisciplinary approach that projects on the philosophical, medical, religious, psychological, legal and political thinking. The acquired immunodeficiency syndrome brings a series of social, psychological and ethical factors that, because of their peculiar characteristics, are worthy to be analyzed from these perspectives. The objectives of the present paper were to analyze the compliance with the basic principles of Ethics with respect to autonomy, charity, no harm and fairness of care of those persons living with HIV, together with psychological repercussion derived from ethical dilemmas of professional interaction with these persons as well as to show some suggestions that, on the authors opinion, will contribute to the ethical treatment of these patients
