摘要：En este articulo apuesto por una educación intercultural que se convierta en modalidadeducativa para lograr la inclusión de todos los alumnos de diferentes culturas. La educación intercultural puede significar una buena alternativa frente a la perpetuación de la cultura única, porque acepta la complejidad de cada ser humano y de su cultura y reconoce que todos somos pluriculturales y podemos trabajar juntos para conseguir una sociedad democrática. Al mismo tiempo, en este artículo apuesto por la formación de profesores en una modalidad que considero estratégica para fomentar la integración, la inclusión y la interculturalidad: el trabajo colaborativo.
其他摘要：With this article we pretend to bet for an intercultural education that becomes a mode of education for the inclusion of all students from different cultures. Intercultural Education may to mean a good alternative in opposite to the perpetuation of the unique culture, because it accepts the complexity of each human being and his culture culture and recognize everybody are pluricultural and we can work together to achieve a democratic society. At the same time, this article looking for the training of teachers in a form they consider strategic to promote integration, inclusion and interculturalism: the collaborative work.
