摘要：La innovación educativa debe ser el principal motor de la investigación didáctica. Hay que potenciar el engarce entre innovación e investigación, ambas deben partir de la práctica y sus problemas. Por innovación se entiende un proceso de planificación y mejora. La innovación requiere un proceso de cambio voluntario, planificado y creativo. Pero los cambios resultan difíciles y requieren tiempo. Además, las resistencias son múltiples y diversas, ya que la cultura escolar permanece debido a la compleja estructura de la escuela. Se sugieren algunas propuestas para el desarrollo de la innovación educativa, como plantear la innovación para aprender cómo hacer algo nuevo; la realización de proyectos colectivos contando con el apoyo de los equipos directivos. También se propone la creación de equipos de trabajo estables que sean el sustrato que asegure la difusión de las innovaciones, así como la creación de un clima positivo de intercambio de información y experiencias que facilite la colaboración y el trabajo entre iguales. Se sugiere igualmente que ha de primarse al profesorado que innova e investiga en su aula y que la investigación científica debe estar ligada a la práctica, a la que hay que exigir calidad pero también que no pierda el horizonte de la práctica y la mejora de la educación.
其他摘要：Educative innovation has to be the main field of research on Education. Research on education has to be coalesced with innovation in order to prevent the division between scientific research and teaching. Therefore, both have to be conceived at the same time taking into account teaching and its challenges during the research process Innovation consists in a process of planning and improvement. Innovation implies a change in school practices: to design and built them. However, changes are difficult to set and need time. Furthermore, schools' organization is difficult to change because its complexity and its resistance to change. The aim of this paper is to set out the main issues on innovation on education. How to think education and innovation to learn how to do something new on education? We suggest building a collective project with the engagement of the school's staff. Furthermore, we recommend to create working groups and that their results on innovation will be disseminate to the rest of the teachers; as well as, to involve all teachers in building a working atmosphere based on experiences' exchanges and collaboration among peers. We do suggest that those teachers, which innovate in their classrooms, should be promoted to new positions and be encouraged. Therefore, teaching improvement and a better education could be reaching.
