摘要：Este artículo presenta en primicia el diseño y validación de cuatro baterías de cuestionarios (competencias, tiempo real de dedicación, metodología y satisfacción), que pone a disposición de la universidad española para su utilización en un diagnóstico del funcionamiento del sistema ECTS tanto en el área lingüística como en todos los ámbitos de la educación terciaria. El fin de todo ello es mejorar el funcionamiento del sistema ECTS y garantizar que las decisiones tomadas en relación con las nuevas enseñanzas universitarias oficiales se basen en datos empíricos y en referentes tanto nacionales como internacionales. Tras describir las características de cada cuestionario y presentar el número, la ordenación y la codificación de los ítems, el artículo detalla el proceso de validación en dos fases que se ha seguido para garantizar la fiabilidad de las cuatro baterías. Finalmente, presenta, en cinco apéndices, las versiones finales tanto para el profesorado como para el alumnado, las cuales están listas para ser aplicadas.
其他摘要：This article presents the design and validation of four batches of questionnaires (competencies, real amount of work, methodology and satisfaction), which it makes available to Spanish universities for their use in the analysis of the functioning of the ECTS, in the linguistic area as well as in other fields of tertiary education. Their ultimate goal is the improvement of the functioning of the ECTS system with a view to guaranteeing that the decisions taken in relation to the new official university studies are based on empirical data and national and international referents. After describing the features of each questionnaire and presenting the number, ordering and coding of the items, the article expounds on the two–phase validation process undertaken to guarantee the reliability of the surveys. Finally, it presents in five appendices the final versions of the four questionnaires for both teachers and students, all of them ready to use.
