摘要：En la Cumbre del Milenio, con la participación de 189 líderes mundiales, se firmó un documento en el que se fijaron ocho objetivos delimitados en el tiempo, orientados a terminar con la extrema pobreza del mundo entero para el año 2015. Son los siguientes: Erradicar la pobreza extrema y el hambre. Lograr la enseñanza primaria universal. Promover la igualdad entre los géneros y la autonomía de la mujer. Reducir la mortalidad infantil. Mejorar la salud materna. Combatir el VIH/SIDA, el paludismo y otras enfermedades. Garantizar la sostenibilidad del medio ambiente. Fomentar una asociación mundial para el desarrollo. Desde el año 2000 se elaboró en el Instituto Nacional de Higiene, Epidemiología y Microbiología una Estrategia de Trabajo en Salud Escolar que se validó en el año 2002, tiene como objetivos fundamentales: Elevar los niveles de salud, aprendizaje y calidad de vida de los niños, adolescentes y jóvenes, así como de los trabajadores del sector educacional, de forma la sostenible. Desarrollar alianzas estratégicas que permitan la identificación y solución de los problemas de salud y aprendizaje, así como sus principales factores de riesgo. Los resultados obtenidos en la implementación de la Estrategia en Cuba y la República Bolivariana de Venezuela, hacen plantear que la misma en los países de la región ayudaría a cumplir los Objetivos y Metas de Desarrollo del Milenio.
其他摘要：In the Millennium Summit, with the participation of 189 world leaders, a document was signed that noticed eight objectives defined in the time, guided to finish with the extreme poverty of the whole world for the year 2015. They are the following ones: To eradicate the extreme poverty and the hunger; To achieve the universal primary education; To promote the equity between genres and the woman's autonomy; To reduce the infant mortality; To improve the maternal health; To combat HIV / AIDS, the paludism and other illnesses; To guarantee the sustainability of the environment and to encourage a world association for the development. In the year 2000 it was elaborated in the National Institute of Hygiene, Epidemiology and Microbiology a Strategy of Work in School Health that was validated in the year 2002, it has as fundamental objectives: To elevate the levels of health, learning and quality of the children, adolescents and young' s life, as well as of the workers of the educational sector, in a sustainable way; To develop strategic alliances that allow the identification and solution of the problems of health and learning, as well as their main risk factors. The results obtained in the implementation of the strategy in Cuba and in the Bolivarian Republic of Venezuela, confirm that its implementation in the countries of the region would help to complete the Millennium Objectives and Goals of Development.
